The Maison de Sauerkraut – LE PIC

Dive into the world of Alsace IGP Sauerkraut during a guided tour at the Maison de la Choucroute – LE PIC, located in Meistratzheim. Accompanied by an expert guide, you will explore the various stages of this iconic vegetable, from planting and harvesting to processing. The specially designed route takes you directly into the production workshops where you can observe the manufacturing process. The visit concludes with a tasting of signature products, offering a full immersion into the art of Alsatian sauerkraut. Tours run Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., by reservation only.
