The Maison du Pain d'Alsace - The Bakery

Nestled in the heart of Alsace, near the Humanist Library and not far from the Château du Haut Koenigsbourg, the Maison du Pain d’Alsace invites you to discover the history and baking traditions of the region.

In an authentic setting, artisan bakers prepare and bake special breads, kougelhopfs, pretzels, anise bread, and bredle on site.
