This detached house on 5 ares is located at the entrance of the village of Wihr au Val, in the heart of the Munster Valley. On the ground floor, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with a sofa bed and a TV. A bathroom with shower and separate toilet complete this space. Upstairs, two bedrooms are available: one with a 160x200 cm bed and the other with two 90x200 cm beds. Gas central heating is provided, with an extra charge in winter. Outside, a garden, garden furniture, an enclosed area, a private closed parking space, a barbecue, and a green area offer a pleasant setting. A cleaning fee of €50 applies.
