The Pastry Chef's Table

This semi-gourmet Alsatian restaurant skillfully combines tradition and modernity by relying on fresh, local products.

It creatively revisits regional classics, such as its homemade ravioli in the style of Bouchée à la reine, while offering delicious tarte flambée. Every midday, a daily menu (main course and dessert) is available, and burgers can be taken away for a quick meal. Breakfasts and brunches are also served daily between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Awarded the Maîtres Restaurateurs label, which promotes sustainable and local consumption, the establishment's chef was honored in 2025 with 3rd place at the Best Bouchée à la Reine in Alsace.

In 2026, he repeated this achievement, confirming his expertise and the authenticity of his cuisine.
