This fully renovated single-story loft is set in a peaceful countryside location, just two kilometers from the Swiss border. Situated within a small condominium of two units, it offers a quiet and restful environment, ideal for a refreshing getaway or an extended stay near cross-border activities.

Carefully decorated and furnished, this holiday rental provides practical and comfortable accommodation, especially suited for a couple or a small family. It features a private entrance for added privacy.

The bright and spacious living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining corner, and a lounge furnished with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The separate sleeping area has a double bed made up of two 90 × 200 cm mattresses. A desk is also available for any work needs. The adjoining modern and functional bathroom includes a walk-in shower measuring 140 × 80 cm, a washbasin, and a towel warmer. A separate toilet with a hand-wash basin and storage completes the facilities.

Comfort is ensured by underfloor electric heating, providing a pleasant temperature in all seasons. Bed linen, household linen, and towels are provided, and beds are made up upon arrival. A cleaning package can be offered on request.

Outside, you have a private parking space, a green area to relax, and a parasol as well as a gazebo, perfect for enjoying fine weather in complete tranquility.
