The Tithe Barn

This historic building, once used as a granary, was intended to store the tax collected for the benefit of the Wissembourg Abbey from the 13th century onwards.

Later, it served a new purpose by housing a grain market hall, thus reflecting its central role in the local economic life through the ages.
