The accommodation consists of a living room with a seating area equipped with a television, a table and three chairs, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) with linens provided, and a bathroom. Services include Wi-Fi, bed linen, and household linen. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional 60 euros, and pets are accepted for an extra 20 euros per animal.

Utilities are included, and private parking is available in the courtyard. An option allows accommodating up to four people by combining this cottage, L'Avant, which has a capacity of two people.
