The Westhalten Press

Created in 2007 by Aurore Holthzheymer-Kuntz and Jean-François Kuntz, this family-owned press located in Westhalten welcomes you to turn your fruits into juice. You can bring your apples, pears, or quinces and leave with juice made from your own fruits. For winemakers, it is also possible to come solely to pasteurize grape juice.

The workshop is open to everyone by appointment.

Since 2013, the press has been certified by Ecocert for organic juice processing.
