The Zoological Museum

After six years of renovation, the Strasbourg Zoological Museum finally reopens its doors, offering visitors a renewed experience at the heart of living diversity. The institution houses one of the richest collections in France, with origins dating back to the 18th century. Today, nearly 1,800 specimens are spectacularly displayed to amaze both young and old. The museum journey, spread over three floors, covers exciting themes: the study of biodiversity, the classification of living beings, the importance of collections for scientific research, and contemporary environmental challenges.
