Tourist Office - Lac Blanc Desk

The Kaysersberg Valley Tourist Office is located at the Lac Blanc resort in the welcome building.

It welcomes visitors during the winter and summer seasons.

The office provides several practical services: free wifi connection, a shop, ticketing, as well as advice and bookings for your activities. It also offers a Bosch battery charging service for electric bikes. Finally, tools are available on site for minor bike repairs, such as a floor pump, spray lubricant, a set of keys for light repairs, a tire lever set, and patches.
