This three-star Alsatian holiday cottage, located in a quiet enclosed park, offers comfortable accommodation for two adults and two children.

Situated in the heart of the small village of Sundhouse in central Alsace, it is just a few meters from the Rhône-Rhine canal, bordered by a cycle path and hiking trails.

The village center, a five-minute walk away, includes a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, and bars.

Europa Park in Rust, Germany, is only 20 km away, and the Alsace Wine Route and typical Alsatian villages are easily accessible. The vineyard is 12 km away, Strasbourg 45 km to the north, and Colmar 35 km to the south.

Iconic villages such as Eguisheim, Kaysersberg, Ribeauvillé, Obernai, as well as Mulhouse with its Automobile Museum, Sélestat with its Humanist Library, and the Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle are all less than 20 minutes by car. The Vosges mountains and Germany, including Europa Park, are also nearby. The wooden houses, set in a green setting with trees and flowers according to the season, blend harmoniously with the landscape of the Grand Ried plain.

The cottage features private parking, a pétanque court with boules, a shared barbecue area, and a bike storage room.

On the garden level, a fully equipped kitchen-living room opens onto a large covered terrace with an unobstructed view of the park. The bathroom includes an Italian shower, a sink, and a toilet.

There is a bedroom with a double bed and a small room for a baby. Upstairs, a mezzanine accessible by a ladder offers two additional beds for teenagers. Books and games are provided.

Upon request, end-of-stay cleaning, household linen, bed linens, and baby equipment can be supplied. Cleaning products are also available in the cottage. The Ried plain, rich in natural and cultural heritage, lends itself to many activities: unusual visits, tasting local products, exploring villages, art and history towns, castles, the wine route, amusement parks, or animal parks. Whether as a couple, family, or friends, on foot, by bike, boat, or canoe, and whatever the season, everyone will find their happiness here.
