About twenty kilometers from Strasbourg, in the heart of the Alsace plain, the village of Ernolsheim-Bruche is home to the guest rooms "One Summer Evening." Ideally located to explore the region's treasures, this place allows you to discover the Alsace Wine Route, Mont Sainte-Odile, the Vosges Mountains, the Mutzig Fort, the Alsace-Moselle Memorial, and the Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle. A bike path, laid out on an old towpath, connects the village to Strasbourg, offering a picturesque route along the Bruche Canal.

Set in an independent half-timbered house from the 18th century, the rooms combine traditional charm with contemporary design. Two non-smoking, air-conditioned double rooms under the eaves are offered. The Rietveld room, a duplex, opens onto a bathroom equipped with a bathtub. The Bertoïa room, more romantic, is entirely dressed in white and has an en-suite bathroom.

A fenced garden and landscaped terrace, sheltered from view, invite relaxation. Inside, a lounge area with a TV corner and a kitchen are available to guests.
