This 120 m² loft, set in an old house adjacent to a 19th-century factory, is centered around a bright interior patio. It features a large living-dining room, three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. The original 1970s decor and the beautiful Kawaï piano add an authentic touch to the space. A large rooftop terrace invites relaxation and contemplation. Guests have access to a shared laundry room serving the three lodgings on site, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. For groups of up to 12 people, it is possible to rent all three lodgings on the same floor together: Le Loft des Musiciens, the Factory, and the Studio Sixties. A large free parking area, closed at night and secured by a code, is also available.
