This detached house, located within a large estate near the owner's residence, offers spacious and functional accommodation. It features an entrance, large storage closets, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing area, as well as a cellar fitted with a games corner and a hi-fi system.

Upstairs, the equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area, while the living room, with a TV and DVD player, connects to the dining room. The bathroom includes a double sink, bathtub, and shower, complemented by a separate toilet. Two bedrooms, each with double beds measuring 160x200 cm, complete this floor. The second floor offers four additional bedrooms: two en suite, with a 140x190 cm bed, four 90x190 cm beds, and a 160x200 cm bed. A shower room with sink, shower, and toilet is also present. A relaxation area with a billiards table is accessible, and a garage for two cars is available.

The 17-are grounds are equipped with a barbecue. Heating is provided by a wood stove (wood replenished by the owner) and supplementary electric heating. Beds are made upon arrival. Baby equipment can be provided on request. Pets are accepted under conditions, with an additional charge of €20 per day per animal.
