War Memorial

Erected in 1936, this pink sandstone monument pays tribute to the victims of the two World Wars. Originally topped with an obelisk, it was removed and replaced during the second half of the 20th century. The front slab, bearing a dedication to the victims of the 1914-1918 and 1939-1945 conflicts, has also been replaced since then.
