Washhouse
This wooden washhouse, whose exact date is uncertain, could date from the 19th or 20th century. A similar structure has been recorded in Gunstett.
Located on the edge of the Sauer River, it rests on wooden posts supported by cement piles anchored in the water.
Crossbeams equipped with pulleys and chains allow the platforms, where the washers would sit, to be raised or lowered.
Its gabled roof is covered with mechanical tiles.
