Weiler Island

At the point where the Ill meets the Rhône-Rhine Canal lies Weiler Island. This site has marked local history by hosting shipyards for many years.

Today, the island has transformed into a place for relaxation and leisure, where water activities such as boating and canoeing play a central role. These activities, already popular several decades ago, remain highly favored by residents and visitors alike.
