Windstein Organic Market Garden Farm

Since 2016, Candy and Romuald Pfeiffer have been organically farming 3.5 hectares of land, growing plants, seedlings, and fresh vegetables. Their success has allowed them to expand their farm with a new 500 m² greenhouse. Their approach focuses on producing heirloom and rare varieties, harvested the same day and offered directly in baskets. Baskets are available at the farm or in Reischoffen, at 1 Passage des Sauges, between 6 PM and 7 PM.
