Wine Bar: L'Enivrée

Located at Place de la Fleur, near the Tour Pharmacy in Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines, L’Enivrée is an establishment combining a restaurant, wine bar, and wine shop. Open Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., it welcomes guests for a gourmet experience with an all-you-can-eat buffet. The daily menu includes starters, three main dishes (fish, meat, and vegetarian), cheeses, and desserts, priced at €18. Children under 10 benefit from a reduced price of €10. Throughout the year, L’Enivrée hosts various events to diversify the experience: a monthly brunch is offered once a month on Sundays, while themed epicurean evenings (Japan, Mexico, Beaujolais Nouveau, Alpine Chalet, Bouillabaisse, Thanksgiving, etc.) regularly enliven the venue. In winter, pork delicacies are also featured to delight guests.
