The "Mamama" winstub is a warm place where Alsatian tradition and authenticity blend. Guests enjoy dishes inspired by grandmother's recipes, prepared with fresh, local products by the owner, a native of the valley. The atmosphere, combining a grocery store and flea market, invites a journey back in time with vintage items decorating the walls. The owner, from the plain, adds a friendly touch essential for a pleasant experience. Open from 9 AM to 5 PM, the winstub also offers a solidarity grocery and brewery service, as well as artisanal ice creams from the Chênesire farm. Starting in 2026, vacuum-packed take-away meals will complement the offerings.
