Wunsch & Mann Estate

Since 1793, the Wunsch & Mann estate has upheld a family tradition by producing Alsace wines that embody a love of the vine and respect for the terroir.

Located in Wettolsheim, the family selects grapes from about twenty hectares of renowned slopes, including the grand crus Steingrubler and Hengst, while supplementing their production with organic grapes purchased from partner growers around Colmar. About half of their volume comes from these collaborations, allowing them to also offer the grand cru Pfersigberg. Wunsch & Mann offers three grand crus: Steingrubler, Hengst, and Pfersigberg. These wines, resulting from a subtle balance of grape variety, soil, exposure, and microclimate, are distinguished by their aromatic finesse and power. Produced in limited quantities and with respect for tradition and the environment, they are designed for long aging.

Since 2008, the estate has converted its entire vineyard to organic farming to preserve its values and lands for future generations. Now in its fourth generation, the family-run winery is dedicated to sharing its passion for Alsace wines by offering a varied range: grand crus, late harvests, and Alsace crémants. Their approach combines respect for tradition with openness to new horizons, creating wines that suit both special occasions and everyday pleasures.
