Mineralexpo Fair

Dive into the captivating world of minerals, fossils, and precious stones at Mineralexpo, the international fair organized by the association Les Amis des Sciences de la Terre. Spanning more than 2,200 m², exhibitors from around the world will showcase a wide variety of natural treasures: minerals, fossils, meteorites, amber, gems, precious stones, and jewelry made from natural stones. A 500 m² wellness area is also dedicated to natural products, techniques, and alternative therapies for a relaxing break at the heart of the event.

This edition honors Sundgau with the exhibition "Sundgaustei, Minerals and Fossils of Sundgau." The result of many years of research and exploration, this exhibition invites you to explore the geological, mineralogical, and paleontological riches of the region. Over 200 samples, accompanied by explanatory panels, will tell part of the geological history of this territory.

Children are not forgotten: games, prizes to win, and a mineral sample gift will enliven their visit. Several raffles are also offered, including one that might allow you to win an amethyst geode. The association's booth will also feature documentation, specialized magazines, and minerals, along with a refreshment area offering drinks and pastries.

An ideal outing for enthusiasts and the curious alike, to discover genuine treasures from the Earth... and sometimes from much farther away.
