Alsatian Tarte Flambée Making Workshop

Want to learn about the Alsatian culinary tradition? The Haas family invites you to a tarte flambée making workshop in a warm and friendly atmosphere. You will actively participate in the preparation by selecting your own ingredients to top your tart base: cheese, ham, or other options according to your preferences. Once your creation is finished, you can enjoy it on-site with a glass of wine from the estate, or take it away to continue the pleasure at home.
