Bugatti Family Graves

In the heart of the village of Dorlisheim, about twenty kilometers from Strasbourg, the communal cemetery houses the graves of the Bugatti family.

Notably, it contains the tombs of Ettore Bugatti, founder of the famous automobile brand, his brother Rembrandt, a renowned sculptor, and Jean Bugatti, Ettore's son and a talented designer.

These graves reflect the family heritage linked to this Alsatian commune, where the family settled in 1909 on the site of a former dye works, between Dorlisheim and Molsheim.
