Jewish Cemetery
Founded around 1622 at the initiative of the provosts of the Jewish communities of Bergheim, Ribeauvillé, and Dambach-la-Ville, this cemetery reflects a collective and religious history. Expanded several times in the 17th and 18th centuries, it preserves a living memory of these three Alsatian localities. The oldest visible grave dates back to 1666, providing a tangible link to the earliest generations of the deceased. Protected as a historic monument since 1995, this place of reflection and history can be visited upon request, allowing visitors to discover its heritage and unique atmosphere.
