Old Hôtel de Paris
Owned by Daniel Roth, this hotel built in 1838 was the largest establishment in the city before the demolition of the former Hôtel Central.
Closed in 1859, it once featured a large garden extending to Steinbach Square.
Designed to accommodate industrialists and commercial representatives, it also served as a departure and arrival point for couriers from Paris. Today, the building is undergoing conversion and no longer offers hotel services.
