Stampoumont and Fonrupt Hamlets

Ranrupt, along with the hamlets of Fonrupt and Stampoumont, represents one of the finest examples of Vosges rural architecture.

These mountain villages are notable for their massive farms, where livestock and residential buildings are grouped under a single roof.

These iconic structures line the streets of these localities, offering an authentic glimpse into traditional life in the Vosges.

Located a few kilometers north and west of Ranrupt, these hamlets maintain a preserved charm and a peaceful atmosphere. Nearby, other villages such as Belmont, Solbach, and Bellefosse also deserve a visit for their picturesque character.
