Village Center Square

Nestled in the northern Sundgau, this small village preserves a historic center where time seems to stand still. Around the Stockbrunna, an elegant column fountain carved from Vosges sandstone, stand some of the village's most beautiful and oldest houses. Their facades, rich with history, reflect past centuries and invite a stroll through time.

Among these remarkable buildings are the Hostellerie Paulus and the Maison des Sœurs, both built at the end of the 18th century, showcasing the architecture of that period. Opposite them, the Renaissance-style town hall dating from the late 16th century, along with the Maison Würtzel, form a harmonious ensemble. Nearby, the old guardhouse, erected in 1807, completes this heritage scene.
